I always wanted to climb to the top of a smoking volcano and here was my chance. Villa Rica is a steadily smoking and puffing volcano that is relatively easy to climb. I did use the word relatively deliberate since it still is a one day climb to almost 3,000 meters on a snow-capped mountain.
