This tranquil island has some very intriguing traditions. All men weir a hat. If the hat is red, the man is married. if the hat is red/white, he is single. All men also knit. They knit every second of the day. While they are walking, while they are talking, even while they are working. Work is arranged in a community organization. A man can work as a waiter in a restaurant one night, and the next night you might see him in a other restaurant, or standing behind a fruit-stall at the market. The girls spin wool and stalk men with red/white hats.
