It is one of the most deadly deserts of the world. The surface is level and hard and the asphalt road is long, straight and smooth. People tend to put a brick on the accelerator-pedal and then, due to the heat and the monotone sounds of the engine and tires they fall asleep. After a while the car drives off the road and continues to do so until it runs out of fuel or hits a big rock. Since there are no landmarks and since the surface is so hard there are no tire-tracks, there is no way out.
It's also a great place for camping.
