For more than three years Maarten Munnik traveled on his motorbike around the world.
From Europe though the Middle East and Asia to Australia and from South America to Alaska.
100,000 miles of solitude, adventure, culture and, most of all, butt-pain.

Well aware of his own "unsophisticated" view on the world, Maarten tells his tales the way he experienced them himself.  He is no hero, not even a real adventurer. As he describes it: "I'n just stupid and naive". And it's just that combination that leads him into, and mostly out off, many unusual situations.
Sometimes dramatic, sometimes hilarious, but always different.

And keep in mind:  This was before the age of internet and smartphones.  Books, paper maps and a large dosis of luck was all that he could hope for.
